Becoming a private pilot is the first step to your new career. The requirements, according to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), governing body of all matters pertaining to aviation in the United States are that you be able to read, speak and understand the English language and have at the minimum a third class medical certificate. Once you have your medical certificate and student pilot certificate, you may begin taking the flight lessons and ground instruction. Your Commercial Certificate grants you privileges to fly for hire; and is necessary for earning income as a pilot in command. This program includes training for your Private Pilot License, Commercial Pilot License, Instrument Rating, Multi-Engine Rating, Certified Flight Instructor and Certified Flight Instructor Instrument Rating along with Glass Cockpit Training.
