North American Airlines Scores in Customer Satisfaction Survey

A recent research study ranked Alaska Airlines highest in customer satisfaction for U.S. airlines for the third consecutive year. The survey was based on interviews with over 12,000 passengers. JetBlue scored the highest among the so-called discount airlines. It has been the top-rated discount airlines every year since 2006.

Research firm J.D. Powers' customer satisfaction survey ranked U.S. airlines as follows:
