At Phoenix East Aviation (PEA), our talented, professional instructors are most impressive as caring teachers and mentors to students. Since 1972, this flight school has produced some of the most talented pilots and instructors in the industry.

Currently there are approximately sixty qualified instructors who are ready to assist  students in the classroom and in the air. With many students coming from countries outside the United States, the academy  understands the need to hire the best airline pilot training instructors from both the United States and from other countries. Many have graduated with degrees in Education and/or Aeronautical Studies and are qualified to teach both flight and ground instruction.  

The experienced instructors at Phoenix East Aviation are full-time and available to students every day of the week, not limited hours and or just on some days, as many pilot training schools do. At Phoenix East Aviation, it is well understood that  the quality of instruction makes a key difference in determining the career potential of the student: a key ingredient in the success of our students is due to the quality and experience of the instructors offer.
