Sunday, September 16, 2012

Phoenix East Aviation, Inc. provides comprehensive pilot training, specializing in professional flight instruction. FAR Part 141 private, commercial, ATP and jet type-rating programs and FAR Part 61 courses are offered, as well as airline dispatcher training. Celebrating its 40th anniversary of flight training this year, the school is one of only eight U.S. nationally accredited independent academies; it is approved to offer U.S. veterans benefits under the G.I. Bill and also offers both F-1 and M-1 visas to international students. Headquartered in Daytona Beach, Florida, where the climate permits flight operations 360+ days/year, the school celebrates its 40th anniversary this year: it has been in continuous operation training professional pilots since 1972. "I have worked at TAAG Angola Airlines for four years now. I left PEA, and I got straight into the classic B737-200, by passing all the exams. After a year-and-a-half, Iwas promoted as a B737-700 First Officer, which I flew for another year-and-a-half. At the moment I have been flying around the world in the brand new B777-300 and the B777-200 as well.

I owe a big thanks to the PEA team for taking me this far, without all that 'hard' training, I wouldn't have passed those tests that easily. Therefore, I wouldn't have gotten this far. THANK YOU PHOENIX EAST."
