Not everyone wants to be a pilot or is able to be a pilot. That does not mean you cannot have an exciting career in aviation. A career as an airline dispatcher is an excellent, well-paying career. You work for an airline and become "the captain on the ground," so-to-speak. (Check out an earlier blog article for details on being an airline dispatcher). Phoenix East is one of the top schools for training airline dispatchers and is well-known throughout the world.
Phoenix East has just announced a training agreement with Middle East Airlines AirLiban (MEA). Starting this month, Phoenix East will train Middle East Airline AirLiban students to be professional dispatchers for the airline. This intense six-week training will take place in Beirut, Lebanon, at the MEA facility and be conducted in accordance with curriculum provided by PEA and developed to meet ICAO and Lebanese aviation authority requirements. MEA has one of the world's most modern aircraft fleets. It consists of Airbus A330-200, A321-200 and A320-200 airplanes.
