Pilot Training – the Airline Transport Pilot Rating

4 4 August 15, 2011 in Blog
The Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) is the highest certificate a pilot can achieve, worldwide. You must have a total of at least 1,500 flight hours before you can apply for this certificate. Most airline pilots have achieved their ATP certificate. Before you can start training for your ATP Program I at Phoenix East, you must have completed your Commercial Pilot Certificate, Instrument Rating, Multi-engine and all three Instructor Ratings.

At Phoenix East Aviation, you will receive some of the finest training anywhere in the world. You  also will be trained under Federal Aviation Regulations Part 135 to become a single-engine and multi-engine charter pilot. You will gain increased knowleged in advanced aircraft systems, as well as in multi-engine crew coordination — especially important in today’s commercial jet aircraft environments.
The Glass Cockpit Training Course will also further help you operate today’s advanced systems.

Start your training at Phoenix East Aviation at the beginning: Private Pilot License training.  After you complete your Commercial Pilot Certificate and your instructor ratings, you can be eligible to become a paid flight instructor employee at Phoenix East Aviation.  This will give you the advantage of earning money while you work on achieving your Airline Transport Pilot rating.  To learn more, go to www.pea.com.
