Phoenix East Aviation has created a FAA approved FAR part 141 Course that is designed to take a Civilian/Military rotor wing pilot that wants to convert their Commercial Rotorcraft Helicopter License to a Commercial Fixed Wing License. Military pilots that have the G.I. Bill® can use their veteran benefits to get their tuition reimbursed up to maximum allowed under Chapter 33 (or as your benefits will permit)—Please speak with our VA advisor for assistance.

The following courses have a special approval from the FAA. The normal approval for a FAA approved 141 Commercial Course is 120 hours. PEA has a special FAA approval where our Commercial Course is only 50 flight hours! That is saving you 70 flight hours on your Commercial Course!
